For each body system where you have relevant medical evidence, you receive a summary document that:
- Lists conditions documented in that body system
- Highlights key diagnoses, treatments, and clinical findings
- Cites specific page numbers where evidence appears
- Notes dates of important medical events
Chronological Timeline
A master timeline showing:
- When conditions first appear in your records
- Major treatment milestones

A reference document that functions like a table of contents for your medical evidence:

- Upload your medical records (PDF format)
- We acknowledge receipt and provide a page count estimate
- You confirm the tier and pay
2. Analysis
- Our team analyzes your complete medical record
- Evidence is categorized by body system
- Summaries and timelines are drafted
- Quality review ensures accuracy
3. Delivery
- Your organized package is uploaded to your secure account
- You receive an email notification
- Download everything as a single package or individual files
- Use the organized evidence with your claim submission
Frequently Asked Pricing Questions
How do I know how many pages I have?
Upload your records and we'll provide a page count. You can decide whether to proceed after seeing the estimate and applicable tier.
What if my records are at the boundary between tiers?
We count actual content pages, not blank pages or duplicate documents. If you're near a boundary, we'll be transparent about the count and let you decide.
Can I add more records later?
Yes. If you receive additional medical records after your initial analysis, you can submit them for a supplemental organization package priced based on the new pages.
Is there a refund policy?
If we're unable to provide the promised deliverables for any reason, you'll receive a full refund. Detailed refund terms will be provided at launch.
Why does this cost money when VSOs are free?
We provide a different service than VSOs. VSOs offer claims advice and representation. We provide detailed record organization—something VSOs typically don't have resources to do. Many veterans use both: our organization service plus free VSO representation. See our comparison page for details.
